Tourism Rockingham is passionate about all things Rockingham! We love promoting this city and now we are looking to experience Rockingham through your lens. We’re excited to invite individuals of all ages, skill levels and abilities to participate in this competition. No matter if you're a budding photographer or a seasoned pro, this is your chance to showcase your talent and creativity in this community driven event.

Competition Criteria

There are 3 categories that will be judged: Category 1: Children under 14 years of age, Category 2: Youth 14-24, Category 3: Adults 25 and over. Please read the terms and conditions before entering.

The competition runs from 1st March until 30th April 2025. Our panel of judges will pick the best photographs in each age category. The judging criteria will be based on visual impact, composition, technical quality, creativity, and presentation.

Photographs will need to be taken within the suburbs that make up the City of Rockingham. These include Baldivis, Cooloongup, East Rockingham, Garden Island, Golden Bay, Hillman, Karnup, Peron, Port Kennedy, Rockingham, Safety Bay, Secret Harbour, Shoalwater, Singleton, Waikiki and Warnbro. There is no limit to what type of photographs you can take within this area, as long as it is within these bounds!
